Shipping and handling

When you buy with Viallure.com.br you will receive your order on your delivery destination through a contracted service (Fedex or Post Office). Each customer will receive an email with a code to track your order at the site of Fedex or local post office. * Delivery time varies according to the delivery option chosen at the time of purchase;

- Fedex Priority - 1-10 days.
- Economic Fedex - 3-20 working days.
- EMS - 2-15 days.
- Low Priority - 3-30 days.

For each product the delivery time will differ according to the availability described on the product page.
Viallure.com.br is not responsible for stock shortages of our suppliers. In the case this happens, you can choose to cancel your order and receive a refund.

Shipping

Orders with payment approved the same day until 12:00 pm (Brazilian Time) will be shipped on that same day for products that have "immediate delivery" (see product details). Orders with payment approved after 12:00 pm (Brazililian Time) will be shipped the next business day, for products that have "immediate delivery" (see product details).
